About the Role:
- Own New Business & Full Sales Cycle: Drive new business development within the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and value-based care market, leading the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution.
- Targeted Prospecting & Market Presence: Prospect ACOs and risk-bearing provider groups through targeted outreach and industry engagement.
- Strategic Relationships: Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including population health leaders, CFOs, and clinical leadership.
- Value Strategy & Expertise: Demonstrate mastery of ACO REACH, MSSP, and commercial ACO models, articulating ROI and impact on clinical and financial performance.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to support targeted outbound strategies.
- Reporting & Intelligence: Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and stay informed on regulatory changes in value-based care.
About You:
- Experience: 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, specifically in new business (hunter) roles within healthcare or value-based care environments.
- Domain Expertise: Proven success selling solutions related to total cost of care, care management, risk adjustment, or quality improvement.
- Target Market Acumen: Experience working with ACO conveners, enablement platforms, or delegated-risk MSOs, with the ability to map and segment the national ACO landscape.
- Advanced Sales Skills: Strong outbound prospecting capabilities and experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
- Executive Access: Ability to leverage existing executive relationships with ACO decision-makers.
- Technical: Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
