RapidFort is a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on container and software supply chain security. Our platform helps enterprise and government customers reduce vulnerabilities in cloud-native environments and accelerate compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP and SOC2.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–2 years of experience to help generate pipeline and support sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Research target accounts and potential customers
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Schedule meetings and support pipeline development
- Communicate RapidFort’s value proposition to prospective customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud technologies preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000
- OTE: $120K

Additional Information
- Hybrid role — 1–2 days in office in Sunnyvale if needed
- SF Bay Area candidates preferred
- U.S. citizenship preferred due to government customer exposure
