RapidFort is a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on container and software supply chain security. Our platform helps enterprise and government customers reduce vulnerabilities in cloud-native environments and accelerate compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP and SOC2.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–2 years of experience to help generate pipeline and support sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Research target accounts and potential customers
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams
  • Schedule meetings and support pipeline development
  • Communicate RapidFort’s value proposition to prospective customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud technologies preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000–$80,000
  • OTE: $120K
  • Equity package
  • Benefits included

Additional Information

  • Hybrid role — 1–2 days in office in Sunnyvale if needed
  • SF Bay Area candidates preferred
  • U.S. citizenship preferred due to government customer exposure
