About the Flipper team
We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world. We’re currently building new products, including Flipper One, a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux, and the BUSY Bar, a smart productivity multi-tool.
The Role
We're looking for a Community Manager to build and grow our international community for our products. You'll work closely with moderators and power users, help shape community culture, and become the bridge between our users and the product team.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve moderation processes together with our volunteer moderators.
- Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks.
- Engage with users across Reddit and Discord, keeping discussions healthy and valuable.
- Collect structured product feedback from the community and share actionable insights with the product team.
- Help organize community initiatives and increase engagement across all channels.
Requirements
- Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or Discord.
- Fluent in both English and Russian.
- Experience building engagement and working directly with online communities.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and stay calm in difficult situations.
- Genuine interest in technology and consumer products.

- Familiarity with hardware-focused products.
