Description

Founded in 2017 in New York, the company now operates across the United States, delivering high-quality glass solutions for both residential and commercial projects.

We are currently seeking a eLearning Developer & L&D specialist to join our team. This is a complex role and will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality digital training content, transitioning existing programs to an eLearning format, managing course deployment through the LMS, leading training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. eLearning Course Development
    • Build and update interactive eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline and Rise (from storyboard/script to publish-ready modules).
    • Create and refine screens, interactions, triggers, animations using existing templates and brand guidelines.
    • Create/adjust supporting visuals (course graphics, simple diagrams, UI mockups) aligned with style guides.
  • 2. Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Test and troubleshoot course functionality, including navigation, triggers, and responsiveness.
    • Ensure consistent quality and usability across various devices and platforms.
  • 3. LMS Management
    • Package and maintain content in the LMS: SCORM publishing, version control, metadata, testing, re-uploads.
    • Own course file structure and source files (Storyline, assets, exports): naming conventions, backups, clean organization.
  • 4. Collaboration and Support
    • Coordinate with SMEs to collect inputs and clarify requirements; proactively follow up to unblock progress.
    • Participate in team projects, brainstorming sessions, tool pilots, and the development of new formats or methodologies.
  • 5. Training sessions
    • Facilitate onboarding and internal training sessions (virtual) using prepared materials and agendas.
    • Support session logistics (scheduling, joining instructions, materials distribution, attendance tracking).
    • Collect learner questions, document gaps/recurring issues, and escalate to the lead methodologist or SMEs when needed.
    • Support reinforcement after training (follow-up summaries, short refreshers, answering learner questions in Slack/email as aligned with process).

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  •  English language proficiency (C1-C2 level)
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools — or experience creating structured educational presentations (e.g., interactive PowerPoint decks, instructional slide shows, built-in LMS courses).
  • Understanding of instructional flow, visual hierarchy, and logic in content design.
  • Basic graphic and visual design skills, including the ability to create clean and visually appealing screen layouts.
  • Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • General understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and how training content is uploaded and managed.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and motivation to grow in the fields of instructional design and e-learning.
  • Interest in using AI tools to support and optimize training development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in developing eLearning content using Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience applying adult learning principles specifically within an e-learning or blended training format.
  • Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows.
  • Proven experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, learner personalization, or automation of training delivery.
