The Opportunity
We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer who wants to help build far more than a product. You'll work directly alongside the founders to define the technical foundation, influence product direction, establish engineering culture, and help shape the future of the company.
You'll Be One of the First Engineers

AI Is Core to the Product
- You'll work extensively with LLMs, intelligent workflows, automation, and large healthcare datasets while helping define what modern AI-native healthcare software looks like.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship customer-facing product features end-to-end.
- Own architecture across backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build event-driven systems and scalable data pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging modern LLM technologies.
- Design reliable, secure systems capable of handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy and technical direction.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development workflows.
- Help recruit and shape the future engineering team.

- Has experience working with healthcare systems or other highly regulated environments.
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from zero to one.
