- Website: Build and optimize alan.com - the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.
- Marketing Engine: Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, seo, llm etc...) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale. Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale.
- Strong experience building and shipping web applications.
- Deep interest in the business side, including conversion funnels and marketing metrics.
- Strong proficiency in our tech stack: React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work within a monorepo environment with a "you build it, you own it" mindset.
