Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to help us scale our efforts in the North American market and forge creative, win-win partnerships with the best companies in the space. We need an exceptional business leader who is fluent in travel distribution—someone who understands how metasearch works, how OTAs differ, and which types of API integrations partners require. This role involves selling outside of the travel industry by targeting tech and e-commerce companies that have travel reach but no product of their own.
What you will do
- Drive new business by introducing Vio's suite of solutions to tech and e-commerce partners across North America.
- Take ownership of our existing prospects pipeline and convert prospects into active, long-term partners.
- Uncover new use cases and solutions by listening closely to partner needs, and work cross-functionally to shape what we build next.
Who you are
- A travel industry veteran with experience in accommodation marketplaces—either OTAs or metasearch—or flight distribution.
- A self-starter motivated by commercial success and long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- You possess strong skills across tech, data, and legal that allow you to drive most deals to closure independently.
