Why this role exists:
This role exists to execute and operationally manage learning and development initiatives. It supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure their quality and promote a continuous development culture. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure effective and timely delivery of learning initiatives and supports ongoing program improvements.
What you’ll drive:
L&D strategy execution & learning process support
- Support the execution of L&D strategies aligned with business and employee needs.
- Assist in implementing learning processes within the organization.
- Receive and manage training requests to support continuous learning culture.
Learning solutions delivery & program coordination
- Assist in the design and delivery of learning solutions and training content aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate training events including scheduling, materials preparation, online venue management, and speaker coordination.
- Maintain records of learning programs including attendance, progress tracking, and assessments.
Stakeholder coordination & communication
- Assist in engaging employees, managers, and HR to deliver learning solutions.
- Support communication and guide employees in navigating learning solutions to ensure high participation.
- Support administration of contracts and relationships with external vendors and training providers.
Operational support & program improvement
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate program success and suggest improvements.
- Assist in implementing changes to learning initiatives based on evaluations, business needs, and trends.
- Monitor and execute defined L&D KPIs to ensure process quality.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience in L&D Specialist, L&D Project Manager, or Event Manager roles.
- Proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives and delivering L&D projects.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
- Experience in developing and managing training and development programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and risks and suggest solutions.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness metrics and feedback.
- Readiness to generate and interpret basic reports and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors.

- Experience in building and implementing L&D practices for remote teams.
