About the Role
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Lead to build reliable and repeatable production operations for our robotic systems. You’ll own and improve manufacturing processes, work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, and help scale production while maintaining quality, cost, and timelines.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and scaling hardware products, with strong intuition for manufacturing constraints and process design. You’re comfortable working with suppliers, setting up assembly and test workflows, and debugging issues on the factory floor.
