Role Overview
Our client, Jugabet, is a brand and gaming platform accessible to players in Latin America. We are seeking a Media Buyer to plan, launch, and manage high-impact ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC. You will optimize campaign performance to maximize ROMI and player acquisition while collaborating with creative teams to develop platform-specific assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC targeting relevant iGaming audiences.
- Optimize campaign performance across all platforms to maximize ROMI and player acquisition.
- Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and identify improvement areas across Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad assets tailored to each platform's format and audience.
- Stay updated on Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads policies and platform updates, especially those affecting iGaming.
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) to improve ad performance and user engagement.
- Manage and scale UAC campaigns, including creative asset feeds and audience signals for Google's automated bidding.
- Monitor competitors and market trends across paid social and Google to identify new opportunities.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) managing ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and/or Google UAC, preferably across LATAM markets.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads/UAC, Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with acquisition tools — Keitaro, Voluum, WebView Apps, iOS Apps, Cloak Flow, PWA Apps, AdHearts, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Understanding of basic marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROMI, etc.).
- Experience working with budgets from $50,000+ per month, with demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CPAs.
