ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients.
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations to clients as needed
- Policy Maintenance: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage
- Claims Support: Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic
- Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager
- Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C insurance license.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Applied Epic experience preferred
