Responsibilities
- Implement custom, elegant workflow designs to streamline clinical communications.
- Engage and build fast rapport with customers, including Practice Managers and Providers.
- Configure users, schedules, and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform.
- Provide technical support and make user application adjustments during new customer go-lives.
- Monitor and maintain user and schedule application changes for synced applications.
- Execute testing protocols and configuration quality assurance.
- Serve as lead consultant for outpatient projects and conduct practitioner and staff training.
- Manage account stages and documentation in SFDC and SmartSheet.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, account management, project management, or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving, reasoning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
Key Performance Indicators
- Quality score of 85% or higher.
- On-time delivery of solution designs and documentation compliance.
- Adherence to client design standards and best practices.
- Average customer satisfaction rating of 80% or better.
- SFDC and SmartSheet compliance.
