About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Marketplace to join our Product Team to lead our marketplace and integration surfaces. The marketplace is the two-sided surface of the Supabase ecosystem where Partners and developers build and publish integrations. As the number of capabilities expands, this role will own the distribution and discovery layer, ensuring developers and AI agents can seamlessly find, trust, and compose tools.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace, facilitating how Partners publish integrations and developers discover them.
- Optimize the path from discovery to install, ensuring new capabilities connect to Supabase primitives with minimal glue code.
- Drive partner engagement by making the publishing process fast and rewarding, while maintaining high listing standards.
- Define and track metrics for marketplace health, balancing supply and demand to inform future development.
- Position the marketplace as the primary distribution layer for agent-driven development.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or marketplaces.
- Have a proven track record of growing a two-sided surface, such as an app store, plugin ecosystem, or developer platform.
- Are biased toward speed and prefer shipping imperfect versions to learn rather than over-polishing.
- Build with what you own, possessing first-hand experience publishing and consuming integrations.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline research and feedback synthesis.
