xsolla.com is Xsolla's front door — the first place the games industry, from developers and publishers to influencers and investors, discovers how to grow their business with Xsolla and its partners. The goal is to turn it from a showcase into a measurable product that guides the right audience from first visit to using Xsolla products. You'll own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for xsolla.com, ensuring alignment across other products and domains.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and measure experiences that drive sign-ups, activation, and product adoption.
- Scale audience-specific experiences (developers, influencers, etc.) through shared templates for fast launches and continuous growth.
- Keep the website intuitive and easy to navigate as it expands across audiences and content.
- Serve as the primary internal customer for the in-house website-building platform; define content management workflows and publishing standards.
- Ensure SEO and AEO readiness are built into templates and workflows.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to explore ideas and design solutions that reflect customer and business needs.
- Lead or support new initiatives such as user-generated content, personalized experiences for authorized users, gamification, regional website versions, and more.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in product management (web experience or content platforms).
- Proven track record in improving activation/conversion metrics.
- Fluency in modern web architecture (Headless CMS, SEO, Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
