Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end scope of cross-team projects: elicit and document requirements, break them down into tasks and user stories, build and maintain project plans, and track delivery timelines with all involved parties — including product managers, engineering, design, and analytics teams.
- Communicate with partners and internal stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, and task prioritization.
- Drive clarity around ownership, responsibilities, and escalation paths across teams — ensure nothing falls between the cracks.
- Facilitate effort estimation in collaboration with engineering teams and define realistic implementation timeframes.
- Support prioritization of tasks and backlog items in alignment with business goals and delivery capacity.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; proactively escalate and propose mitigation plans.
- Maintain and share regular project status updates (dashboards, weekly syncs, async reports) to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Run project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Manage external vendor or third-party integration timelines where applicable.

- Stakeholder management skills — experience navigating competing priorities across senior leadership, product, and engineering.
