Experience you’ll need to bring:

2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Lead;
- At least Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written);

Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions;
- Confident analytical skills and experience in handling recruitment data;

Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment;

Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels, and SLA standards;

Experience with job boards, agencies, and external service providers.
