About the Role
At Zeely, we are scaling rapidly, and with growth comes increasing complexity of processes. That’s why we are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager — someone who will help transform chaotic processes into clear, scalable systems. You will work directly with the Head of Operations, conduct cross-functional process audits, identify inefficiencies, drive improvements, and ensure they lead to measurable business impact.
Your role
You will become an operational partner for all key departments across the company — including Engineering, QA, Product, Analytics, Organic Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and Legal. Your mission is to dive deep into different teams’ processes, identify inefficiencies, and own the full improvement cycle: Problem → Analysis → Solution → Implementation → Impact Measurement
What you will do
- Conduct operational audits across different departments.
- Identify bottlenecks, process losses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build process maps, SOPs, RACI frameworks, and improve workflows.
- Drive process improvements from idea to implementation.
- Work with Jira, Tableau, and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
Who we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Process Management, or Operations Consulting.
- Proven experience in conducting process audits and optimizing workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to identify root causes rather than symptoms.
- Experience working with Jira and process documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience in product tech companies or Big4.
- Experience building processes from scratch.
- Proven cases with measurable business impact.
