About the Role
Acorns is seeking a seasoned designer to help bring the Acorns brand to life across CRM and web. You'll design emails, web experiences, and work with squirrels (a lot). You’ll need to be just as comfortable zooming out to understand the “why” as you are zooming in to finesse the details. One day might be a sprint on a new landing page. The next, a round of CRM designs in Figma. If you can bounce between projects, self-manage with confidence, and bring ideas to the table, you’ll fit right in.
What you will do at Acorns:
- Design email campaigns in Figma that reflect our brand and drive impact
- Partner on website updates, new pages, and design explorations
- Interpret briefs, connect the dots, and carry work from concept to handoff
- Design with clarity, always putting the customer first
- Bonus if you can bring some illustration magic to the table
What you will bring to Acorns:
- 5+ years of design experience
- Pro-level Figma skills and organization and strong visual instincts
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on maker mindset

Compensation Information
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $65/hour and $70/hour; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
