Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Director, National Accounts and Field Reimbursement who will report to the Vice President, Market Access. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic payer plan to secure appropriate market access for Gedatolisib, Celcuity’s first commercialized product in late-stage Breast Cancer. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for field reimbursement support following approval.
As a member of the Market Access leadership team, this person is responsible for the development and execution of strategies with National Payers, Selected Regional Payers, Payer Pathways, state Medicaid, and Medicare MACs ensuring formulary and pathway access of Celcuity’s product(s) for appropriate patients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer facing roles responsible for the development and execution of access strategies with all target payer accounts.
- Leading, managing, and developing a field team of National Account Directors.
- Responsible for development of cross-functional account plans and overall customer relationship management.
- Organize and oversee target customer executive exchange meetings by mobilizing teams across Market Access, Medical Affairs and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Provide strategic inputs and customer insights to shape the launch strategies and the development of payer and reimbursement materials.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to equip sales with clear, compliant payer and reimbursement messaging.
- Ensure consistent collaboration and coordination with sales on field reimbursement initiatives to minimize access barriers and support providers in a efficient and timely manner.
- Establish a closed-loop partnership with the sales team to capture/share real-time field insights and access/payer formulary wins and .
- Lead payer related account activities with cross-functional teams and key internal stakeholders to ensure Access strategies are implemented and tracking to established timelines, objectives and goals.
- Lead field reimbursement support for field-based teams’ post-approval.
- Responsible for communicating reimbursement landscape to senior leadership; including economic understandings.

Qualifications:
- B.S. degree or related industry experience.
- Ten plus (10+) years of pharmaceutical experience
- Deep understanding of Payer trends and established executive relationships with National/Regional and Commercial/Government plans.
- Minimum of 2+ years of People management
- Minimum of 5 years of Oncology experience
- Oral and IV experience
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership including the ability to influence without positional authority
- Effective and agile decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively utilize available market data to understand all aspects of the market access channel landscape
- Superior written, oral, and group communication skills
- Must understand US pharmaceutical operations, healthcare and reimbursement landscape
- Proven success in developing executive level approval of contract business cases including the rigorous financial analytics
Preferred:
- Oncology Sales Experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with emerging commercial company
- Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred
