About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. This is not a typical engineering role — you will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, rapidly prototyping new features, and shipping user-facing innovations that drive growth for Trust Wallet’s 70+ million users.
You will work across the entire stack — from backend services to mobile and web interfaces — with a strong bias toward building 0→1 products in the crypto and Web3 space. Whether it’s an AI-powered wallet experience, a new DeFi interaction model, or an internal tool that 10x’s team efficiency, you will own the full lifecycle from concept to production.
What You’ll Do - Product Innovation (Primary)
Identify and validate new product opportunities by combining user insights, market signals, and emerging technology trends in the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
Lead 0→1 development of experimental features — from ideation and prototyping to production deployment — with minimal direction
Design and build user-facing features that leverage AI, DeFi protocols, account abstraction, or other cutting-edge capabilities to differentiate Trust Wallet
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to translate business goals into technical solutions Engineering Execution
Architect and implement full-stack solutions across backend (API design, data pipelines, blockchain integrations) and frontend (mobile and/or web)
Build and maintain internal tools and automation that improve team productivity and operational efficiency
Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
Contribute to technical decision-making, code reviews, and engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities (backend + frontend)
Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products or features — from concept through production at scale
Experience building and integrating APIs, microservices, and data-driven systems
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, React Native, Next.js, or equivalent) and at least one backend language at a proficient level
Hands-on experience in crypto/Web3: DeFi protocols, smart contract interactions, wallet infrastructure, on-chain data, or token economics
Experience with blockchain-specific tech: account abstraction (ERC-4337 / EIP-7702), multi-chain architecture, or real-time blockchain data pipelines
Experience with AI/ML applications in production — especially LLM integrations, AI agents, or intelligent automation
Strong product sense: ability to reason about user problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make trade-off decisions independently
Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment where speed and ownership were paramount
Self-driven with a bias for action — comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal hand-holding
Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Strong Plus
Prior experience wearing multiple hats — acting as a technical PM, leading small teams, or driving cross-functional initiatives
