About the Role
Join us as a Senior Manual QA Engineer and take ownership of quality, stability, and reliability across Zeely’s product at scale. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented QA professional who can identify risks early, improve testing processes, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to help us ship stable, user-friendly features in a fast-moving product environment.
What You’ll Work On
- Testing Zeely’s product across different stages of the development lifecycle, including Web, iOS, Android, frontend, backend, and APIs;
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, as well as helping the team understand product risks early;
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure stable, user-friendly releases;
- Looking for ways to improve existing functionality and overall product quality;
- Creating, expanding, and maintaining test documentation, including checklists, test cases, and bug reports;
- Participating in release testing and regression testing in a fast-moving product environment with weekly releases;
- Contributing to the improvement of QA processes, testing approaches, and best practices.
What You’ll Need To Join Us
- 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with hands-on experience in both mobile and web testing;
- Strong experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools;
- Experience writing and maintaining test documentation: checklists, test cases, bug reports;
- Understanding of test design techniques and experience working with Test Management Tools;
- Fluent Ukrainian for daily communication with the team;
- English level — Intermediate or higher.
