About the role
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Product Designer (Trading) to lead end-to-end design for Trust Wallet’s core products. This is a highly technical role that requires a deep understanding of Web3—specifically hands-on experience with perpetuals, staking, and prediction markets.
As a lead designer, you won’t just be pushing pixels; you will own the product strategy alongside PMs and engineers. You must be a "vocal" advocate for design, capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of execution for millions of mobile and web users.
Job Description
Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features.
Use a combination of domain knowledge, product intuition, and targeted research to inform and validate design decisions
Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.
Requirements:
Knowledgeable in Web3 space, hands-on trading experience with advanced trading features such as perpetuals, staking, predictions market.
5+ years full-time Product Designer experience
3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps
Strong communication and presentation skills: demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring design integrity while aligning with product goals and business constraints
Proactiveness and end-to-end design ownership, influence product strategy and prioritization
Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant
Strong values, ethics and integrity
Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
