— a unified ecosystem combining the BUSY Bar smart productivity multi-tool with the cross-platform BUSY App to help users stay focused and fight off notifications, social media, and all the other brainrot.
We are currently looking for a Product Owner who knows how to turn a mobile app into a habit, a growth engine, and a strong source of revenue. We need someone who understands how to grow a mobile product from the very first touchpoint all the way to subscription.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager in a mobile product with real traction
Strong understanding of product analytics and key metrics: activation, retention, LTV, conversion, churn
Experience working on onboarding, funnels, and user journeys
Understanding of subscription models and what drives their performance
Experience running experiments and validating hypotheses
Ownership: ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Ability to see the product through the user’s eyes, with strong UX/UI
Nice-to-have
Experience with B2C mobile apps
Experience with paywalls and subscription monetization
Understanding of growth strategy and product economics
Responsibilities
Shape product hypotheses and run experiments and A/B tests
Own the growth of the mobile app end-to-end
Improve onboarding, activation, and early user journeys
Drive retention and turn the product into a daily habit
Build and optimize the subscription model: paywall, offers, payment conversion, churn reduction
Find new growth and monetization opportunities
Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing
Make decisions based on data
