Job Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for optimizing Salesforce processes, supporting integrations and contributing to minor development efforts. This role involves identifying process efficiencies, implementing new Salesforce features, and ensuring seamless integrations to support Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Pricing & Proposals, Legal, Account Management, Customer Support teams, and Product/Engg. A strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, integrations, data architecture and development best practices is essential.

What you will do:

  • Manage advanced Salesforce configurations, security settings, and user roles.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and advanced declarative automation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency.
  • Oversee and contribute to third-party integrations, API configurations and middleware solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Support minor development efforts, including Apex triggers, process automation and troubleshooting code-related issues.
  • Assist with data governance, ensuring data integrity, deduplication and compliance.
  • Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
  • Support release management, change management and deployment cycles.

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with hands-on expertise in configuration, automation and integrations.
  • Strong understanding and experience of integrations, APIs and middleware tools.
  • Proven ability to design scalable solutions and automation.
  • Experience working with security models, permission structures and data governance best practices.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Must have Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot code to assist with integrations and system enhancements.
  • Strong data management abilities.
