About the Role
Litify is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team! Your main focus will be to write clean and scalable code to run on AWS services. You’ll contribute to a project that integrates heavily with Salesforce — including helping refactor existing Salesforce processes as part of that integration. You will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and deployment of new data-driven applications, working alongside senior engineers who will support your growth.
In this role, you will:
- Write scalable and maintainable Javascript for AWS services (e.g. Lambda, Fargate)
- Develop and help monitor RESTful APIs
- Build efficient services for storing and processing structured data
- Contribute to clean and organized infrastructure-as-code templates (e.g. CloudFormation) and help deploy stacks across environments
- Help manage the security and organization of data in S3
- Contribute to the AWS side of integrations with our Salesforce platform, and help refactor Salesforce processes (LWC, Apex) as part of that work
- Partner with senior engineers and Product Managers to scope and deliver features
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a backend programming language (preferably Node.js)
- 2+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (preferably AWS)
- A willingness to work on Salesforce projects and learn the Salesforce platform (LWC, Apex)
- Experience with AI code assistance tooling such as Github Co-pilot, Claude Code, etc.
- A drive to continue to improve your skillset and take on more challenging projects
- An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
