The Opportunity
We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help build the systems that power the company's next generation of AI-driven products. You'll work closely with engineers, machine learning researchers, and data scientists to translate sophisticated models and healthcare data into scalable, production-ready software that customers rely on every day.
You'll Solve Difficult Technical Problems
This is a highly technical backend engineering role. You'll build APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and data pipelines capable of processing massive amounts of healthcare data while maintaining reliability, performance, and scalability.
AI Is Core to the Product
You'll help build production systems that leverage modern AI and machine learning—not as experiments, but as core product functionality. You'll collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and data scientists to bring intelligent products into production.

What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
