Your mission
The future of construction software isn't a single closed platform — it's a connected ecosystem. As our Technical Product Manager for Integrations, you'll own how Cosuno connects to the third-party systems our customers already rely on, from estimating and ERP tools like RIB iTWO to the open REST API that lets others build on top of us. You'll be the bridge between our customers, our engineers, and our platform — turning real-world integration needs into a roadmap that makes Cosuno the infrastructure the construction industry plugs into.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in our Product team. Both our REST API and our connectors are still early, so you won't just maintain an integration surface — you'll shape it. You'll spend real time on-site with customers, understand how their systems actually work, and translate that into a product that lets them connect to Cosuno as seamlessly as possible.
In your first few months, you might:
- Take ownership of our integrations product area — the REST API and our existing connectors to third-party systems such as RIB iTWO — and define where they go next.
- Travel to customers across Germany to support them hands-on with implementing and setting up connectors, and to understand their systems, data flows, and constraints in the real world.
- Sit down with customers to elicit integration requirements, then prioritize them against impact, effort, and our platform strategy.
- Translate those requirements into clear, well-scoped tickets that our engineers can pick up and build — with the technical context they need to move fast.
- Work through our API documentation and test endpoints yourself to validate what's possible, spot gaps, and represent the developer experience from the outside in.
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to make sure customers can connect their systems to Cosuno with as little friction as possible.
How we work
- High autonomy, high impact: You'll own the integrations area end to end. No one will look over your shoulder, but you'll always have the support of the Product and Engineering teams when you need it.
- Close to the customer: This is not a desk-only PM role. A meaningful part of your time is spent with customers on-site.
- Technical by nature: You'll work directly with APIs, documentation, and connector behavior. You don't have to ship production code, but you do need to be comfortable in technical territory.
- Platform thinking: We're building the infrastructure other construction tools and AI agents connect into. Every integration decision feeds that bigger picture.
- AI-first: We use AI deeply in both our product and our daily work, and we want people who do the same.
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations — you understand how REST APIs work, can read and reason about API documentation, and are comfortable validating endpoints (e.g. with tools like Postman) yourself.
- A talent for working directly with customers: eliciting requirements, asking the right questions, and earning trust in technical conversations.
- The ability to translate messy, real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-scoped tickets that engineers can act on.
- Strong analytical thinking and a pragmatic instinct for turning complex problems into workable solutions.
- Native-level German (this is a firm requirement) and fluent English.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customers within Germany.
- You use AI tools — LLM-based assistants, MCPs, no-code prototyping — routinely in your day-to-day work.
