What You’ll Do
Own Integration Program Delivery
Lead complex, multi-month customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live.
Build and maintain detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and risk registers.
Run regular cadences (standups, steering committees, status reviews) with both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Drive accountability across engineering, field, product, and customer teams to keep projects on track
Coordinate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Field Engineering and Solutions Architects to scope integration requirements and technical work-streams.
Partner with Core Engineering to align on API readiness, feature dependencies, and release timelines.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on customer expectations, escalations, and go-live readiness
Surface recurring blockers and integration patterns to Product to inform the roadmap.
Build Repeatable Frameworks
Design and refine the integration delivery playbook—templates, checklists, milestone definitions, and communication plans.
Define and track program metrics (e.g., time-to-value, milestone adherence, blocker resolution time).
Create post-deployment retrospectives and feed learnings back into process improvements.
Build internal and customer-facing documentation to scale delivery efficiency.
Manage Risk and Escalations
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively.
Act as the escalation point for timeline, scope, or resource conflicts during integration projects.
Lead executive-level status communications when projects require senior attention on either side.
