What you will do:
- Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards that strengthen portfolio performance and client continuity.
- Build and scale the commercial discipline, operating rhythms, and service models that drive sustainable Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Develop senior client growth leaders capable of influencing executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Delivery, and Practice Leadership to ensure account plans are profitable, scalable, and aligned to client outcomes.
- Advance portfolio visibility and decision-making through clear forecasting, health metrics, renewal planning, and expansion pipeline management.
