The role
Every month, Kit runs a set of live webinars with affiliate co-hosts to help new creators get started. We're looking for a Webinar Host to lead these sessions: running the slides, managing Q&A and polls, and doing live product demos inside Kit and inside Claude, while making sure both the affiliate co-host and Kit come across at their best.
This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys being on camera, thinks on their feet when things don't go exactly to plan, and gets energy from teaching beginners all the way to experts. This is a part-time, independent-contractor role where you will focus on presenting while the internal team handles curriculum and logistics.
Your support system
You'll report to the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager for scheduling and day-to-day coordination. You'll also work closely with the Senior Creator Educator, who'll run your onboarding and practice sessions.
What you'll do
- First Week: Get access to the current webinar decks and curriculum, sit in on a live session to see the format and flow, and do practice run-throughs to align on pacing and tone.
- First Month: Start co-hosting live webinars, running slides, polls, Q&A, and live demos inside Kit and Claude.
- First Three Months: Be a reliable, polished host for Kit's full slate of scheduled webinars (up to eight per month).
Skills
- Confident, dynamic live presenting with a natural, conversational pace.
- Comfortable running webinar software end-to-end, including slides, polls, and Q&A.
- Able to perform smooth, unscripted live product demos.
- Working understanding of how to position a co-host to ensure both parties represent their brand well.
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a professional on-camera setup (lighting, audio, and background).
Working hours and location
We're 100% remote. Webinars are scheduled between 10am and 4pm Eastern Standard Time. We book the schedule at least 6 weeks in advance, though the cadence varies weekly based on affiliate availability.
