Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing KPIs to ensure stable payment performance;
- Investigate payment anomalies and resolve transactional issues;
- Optimize payment flows, provider distribution, and cashier performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment operations;
- Ensure high-quality payment processes and successful traffic launches.
Experience you’ll need to bring
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Billing/Payment Specialist or in online payments;
- Demonstrate confidence in working with financial and transactional data;
- Use Excel and MS Office tools at an advanced level;
- Understand online payment integrations, funnels, and payment flows;
- Communicate effectively in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Work confidently with payment systems and transactional services;
- Interact with international partners in both written and spoken English.
