- Good understanding of key iGaming KPIs and player lifecycle metrics;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and identify trends;
- Experience working with CRM platforms and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) would be an advantage;
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or similar platforms is a plus;
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the gaming industry would be beneficial.
