Acorns is seeking an entrepreneurial Brand Marketer to help lead Acorns and Acorns Early in shaping, shipping, and scaling the brand at a pivotal moment in our growth. We’re looking for a senior doer and thinker who enjoys big-picture strategy, speaks internet zeitgeist, and can execute the work. What you will do at Acorns:

  • Build Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute impactful, content-first brand campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, partnerships, experiential, and influencer channels.
  • Write Creative Briefs & Positioning: Craft exceptional brand positioning, creative briefs, and marketing plans that connect cultural moments directly to the Acorns brand mission.
  • Execute End-to-End: Own the campaign lifecycle from original ideation through execution and post-launch optimization, ensuring total precision in delivery.
  • Leverage Emerging AI Tools: Proactively integrate AI tools and workflows into the creative development process to scale content production, increase campaign agility, and explore innovative storytelling mediums.
  • Manage Agencies & Partners: Confidently represent the Brand Marketing team with external agencies, creators, and internal leadership, successfully navigating legal and compliance requirements.
  • Drive Creator Marketing: Support full-funnel creator and influencer marketing strategies from high-level brand awareness down to conversion-driven demand.

What you will bring to Acorns:

  • 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, branded content programs, or influencer/creator management.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns from the ground up.
  • Impeccable strategic judgment and a deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and community building.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to seamlessly collaborate with creative, legal, compliance, and agency relationships.
  • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery, with the agility to project manage and prioritize under tight timelines.
  • AI Curiosity & Aptitude: A strong interest and hands-on agility in applying generative AI tools across workflows to amplify output and speed.
  • Analytical curiosity to comfortably apply data, learnings and insights to inform strategy that drives our goals and measure performance.
