Description
We are seeking talented and motivated C Developer Interns to join our CloudLinux team. As an intern at CloudLinux, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in C development and contribute to the development of our innovative projects, specifically within our Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) team.
Role Responsibilities
- Work on real-world projects and contribute to the development of our products
- Collaborate with our experienced development team and learn from industry professionals
- Gain experience in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
- Learn how to write effective unit tests and ensure quality in software development
- Get exposure to different areas of C development, including backend development and system programming
What we’re looking for
- Some C programming and debugging skills
- Experience using Git for development and patch/branch management
- Experience with GNU/Linux operating system (CLI) and shell scripting
- Basic experience with building the Linux kernel and troubleshooting related issues
- Ability to read and reason about C / systems code, reviewing and validating patches
- Solid fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants day-to-day
