Position Summary:
The Process Engineering Developer is responsible for developing solutions for internal stakeholders, in our workflow management tools. This role will collaborate with business partners to enumerate, document, and implement their workflow and workflow automation tasks and requests. With a specific focus on cost optimization and cost engineering.
Position Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert in our Workflow Tooling landscape. With a specific focus on Atlassian products.
- Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow automation platforms.
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, performant components, workflows and software.
- Identify and clean-up existing technical debt in the platform.
- Participate in the code-review and quality assurance process, provide feedback to the organization, and keep an open mind to feedback.
- Partner with our teams to create meaningful and impactful customer journeys across all associated call center systems.
- Correct production issues that impact service, revenue or fulfillment teams with a high sense of urgency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a developer
- 2+ years of experience as a developer, with a focus on Atlassian products
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of PostMan, SOAPUI, or other API testing tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies.
- Preference for those who have working in the health care industry with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.
