Position Summary:
In the Developer - Salesforce Process Engineering role, you will be responsible for key activities associated with developing and engineering solutions in Salesforce. You will operate as a member of the IT Process Engineering team, and collaboratively manage a platform primarily utilized by our Sales, Customer Care, and Operations teams.
This role will drive change in a 24/7/365 Salesforce environment while accounting for the uptime requirements of the platform stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
- Act as subject matter expert in our Salesforce landscape and product use.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Government Cloud.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
- Work to keep API integrations and installed apps, up to date and documented as needed.
- Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow platforms.
- Act as subject matter expert on the IT Process Engineering team, for any/all Salesforce tasks and responsibilities.
- Partner with Stakeholder teams to manage platform lifecycle and ensure process and procedure alignment across the organization.
- Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.
- Collaborate with partner support teams to remediate production issues that impact service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with high urgency.
- Collaborate with support teams to streamline and modernize deployment methodologies and processes.
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.
Required Qualifications:
- An optimal candidate will have one or more of these Salesforce certifications or the commensurate practical experience:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer
- 3+ years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components and Apex.
- Experience managing Salesforce Flows.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.
- Hands-On Experience with source control and release management tools like Github, Copado, and Flosum.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies.
- Preference for those who have worked in the health care industry with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.
