About the role

Our events program is how a lot of developers and teams meet Supabase for the first time. We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to own and grow that program across two key areas:

  • Partner events and trade shows: End-to-end management of events to build awareness, generate leads, and establish Supabase as a credible industry voice.
  • Strategic business events: High-touch events run with Sales, such as executive dinners and roundtables, designed to influence pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships.

You will have the opportunity to define the playbook for this newly formed team, ensuring significant influence over program strategy and execution.

What you'll do

  • Own partner events and trade shows end to end, from planning through on-site execution and follow-up.
  • Design and run strategic business events like executive dinners and roundtables in partnership with Sales.
  • Evaluate event opportunities and manage budget allocation.
  • Run sponsorships from contract negotiation to post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the operational backbone, including budgets, vendors, timelines, and on-site logistics.
  • Partner with PMM, Partnerships, Design, Ops, Finance, and Legal to align on goals.
  • Track event performance and build repeatable playbooks for scaling.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role.
  • Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences (booth strategy and execution).
  • Experience with partner events, co-marketing, and managing vendor/contract relationships.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales on high-touch executive events.
  • Strong written communication skills for a remote, async environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
