Requirements
We are looking for a Front End Engineer / Front End Developer to lead the development of Sleek’s customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites. This role blends frontend engineering, performance optimization, and marketing automation.
- Launch High-Performance Frontend Experiences: Deliver web app frontends with Lighthouse scores above 90, using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Build an SEO and Analytics-Ready Microsite Framework: Develop reusable, modular layouts and implement structured data to strengthen search visibility.
- Integrate CMS for Content Autonomy: Connect headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi) to enable autonomous content updates for non-technical teams.
- Analytics & Testing: Configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Mixpanel, and implement A/B testing frameworks (Optimizely/VWO).
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of engineering experience, with 1–2 years specifically in Marketing or Growth Engineering.
- Strong mastery of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in SCSS and TailwindCSS.
- Experience with unit testing using Jest.
- Deep understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
- Strong integration experience with headless CMS platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment located in India (aligned with Singapore time).
