Why This Role Exists
Radiance is moving from services-first to platform-powered. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help architect, build, and evolve The SOURCE® from a powerful internal system into a scalable platform that supports both our agency workflows and future SaaS expansion. This is a role for someone who wants to shape the product, the architecture, and the technical philosophy from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Platform & Product Architecture: Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE®, translate creative workflows into scalable systems, and make pragmatic decisions about build vs buy vs automate.
- Execution & Systems: Ship fast, build internal tools that reduce operational drag, integrate AI and automation tooling, and establish technical standards and patterns early.
- Partnership & Leadership: Act as a thought partner to the founder on product vision, help define product roadmap, and lay the groundwork for future engineering hires.
Must-Have Technical Competencies
- Full-Stack Web Development: Proficiency in React/Next.js for frontend and Node.js/Python (FastAPI) for backend, including REST/GraphQL APIs and secure authentication.
- Systems Thinking & Data Modeling: Ability to design relational schemas (Postgres) and model complex entities like brands, campaigns, and approval workflows.
- Workflow Automation: Integration of external APIs (Stripe, Jira, CMS) and automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Temporal.
- AI & LLM Implementation: Practical experience with prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase), and designing guardrails for LLM-driven workflows.
