The Role
The Implementation Consultant I is a key member of the Implementation team, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise deployments of the PerfectServe platform. In this role, the consultant works within diverse health systems—including multi-hospital networks and enterprise physician groups—to support full-cycle implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Deployment & Project Leadership: Lead assigned workstreams, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support the planning/execution of enterprise go-live events.
- Client Engagement & Workflow Consulting: Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams; educate and register physicians; and develop training programs for large health system audiences.
- Technical Execution & Integration: Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems and conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
- Cross-Platform Training: Rapidly acquire new product knowledge and become trained across multiple PerfectServe platforms based on project needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (engineering or IT discipline ideal).
- Prior experience in customer-facing or service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio/Lucidchart, Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 30 - 50% of the time.
