In this role, you will be a partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to transform complex content into interactive learning experiences that drive measurable behavior change—not just course completion. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects end-to-end while continuously improving how learning impacts performance.
Job Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern tools (Articulate 360, video, AI-based tools, etc.).
- Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences that drive real-world application.
- Ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes.
Project Ownership
- Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and quality to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify learning needs.
- Translate business challenges into effective learning strategies and solutions.
- Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience across LMS/LXP platforms.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve engagement and scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with modern eLearning tools, including:
- Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Synthesia (AI video creation)
- Camtasia or similar video editing tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
- Experience designing interactive, scenario-based, and microlearning experiences
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance measurement
- Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
