About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Growth Marketing Manager to help Kit reach our 2026 business goals by optimizing our acquisition engine, improving LTV:CAC, growing brand awareness with the right audiences, and increasing high-quality inbound sales pipeline. This is not a “build paid marketing from scratch” role; you will sharpen our existing systems by improving efficiency, scaling what works, and developing better creative and audience strategies.
What You'll Do
- Perform an audit across paid acquisition, funnel conversion, and sales pipeline contribution to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Improve performance across existing paid channels and build an experimentation roadmap across ads, landing pages, and key funnel steps.
- Own paid acquisition performance, including strategy, execution, testing, budget allocation, and outcomes.
- Partner with Creative and Product Marketing teams to develop high-performing campaign messaging and creative assets.
- Build robust measurement and reporting systems to connect marketing spend to MRR, pipeline, and customer lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, specifically in B2B SaaS, PLG, or creator-focused businesses.
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition strategy across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong grasp of unit economics, including LTV:CAC, CAC payback, and cohort quality analysis.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between brand-building efforts and performance-driven results.
- Experience implementing AI tools for campaign research, creative production, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages and multi-step funnels.
