Summary
Lead Instructors [LIs] play a key role in driving elements of Correlation One’s multiple training programs. They will facilitate learning in Correlation One’s training programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. LIs main focus as educators will be in larger format lectures, delivering our content and training program to 200 learners, live.
Program Schedule
The Supply Chain Analyst program will tentatively run from late October 2026 to late April 2027. Live lectures will take place Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 - 2 PM EST. *Daylight Savings Time might affect these hours, official dates TBD.
A day in the life
- Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within the training program; consisting of 100 learners.
- Collaborate with Correlation One Operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule.
- Prepare for upcoming lectures by coordinating with Correlation One curriculum, content, and operations staff to ensure the best possible experience for learners.
- Track any edits/changes/suggestions to content that would help foster a more cohesive and positive learner experience.
Who you are
- An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others.
- Degree in a Data Analytics and/or Logistics & Supply Chain related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis and/or Logistics & Supply Chain related role.
- Holds the Supply Chain Procurement Certificate or equivalent.
- Outstanding team and people management skills.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with remote work environments or use of the following platforms: Zoom, Pumble, Codio, Airtable.
- Expertise with the following topics: Excel, Data Visualization, Dashboards, SQL.
