Purpose of Position

As a Product Manager you will define and evolve the core advertiser platform, creating scalable systems for partnership discovery, communication, and program management.

Key Tasks

  • Own and drive the development of assigned products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy.
  • Develop and prioritize product features.
  • Analyze market trends and competition.

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes (e.g. growth, engagement, revenue, efficiency).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, commercial) and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and make informed trade-offs.
  • Solid experience with data analytics and experimentation; able to define metrics, run tests, and use insights to inform decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience turning user insights into impactful product improvements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
