Purpose of Position
As a Product Manager you will define and evolve the core advertiser platform, creating scalable systems for partnership discovery, communication, and program management.
Key Tasks
- Own and drive the development of assigned products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy.
- Develop and prioritize product features.
- Analyze market trends and competition.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable product outcomes (e.g. growth, engagement, revenue, efficiency).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, commercial) and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Ability to define clear product requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Comfortable working closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and make informed trade-offs.
- Solid experience with data analytics and experimentation; able to define metrics, run tests, and use insights to inform decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience turning user insights into impactful product improvements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
