Experience you’ll need to bring:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner or HR Business Partner);
- Proven experience supporting teams, ideally within a multicultural environment;
- Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience implementing various performance management tools;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Coaching certification is a plus.
