They run an AI-native product development model where small, integrated pods of engineers and designers own the full product lifecycle without a traditional handoff culture.
About the role
You will be responsible for designing and managing a government tech platform, covering the full product cycle from initial customer research and wireframing to prototyping and final shipping. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting customer interviews, mapping complex workflows, writing product intents, and managing sprint grooming sessions. This role requires heavy utilization of AI tools in your design and development workflow, and you will report directly to the Director of Product and Design.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years in product design with meaningful PM experience
- Strong customer research instincts and experience conducting effective user interviews
- Fluency in AI design and development tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude, Make)
- Proven ability to manage and lead a sprint
- Strong product instincts focused on user outcomes rather than just feature lists
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and work at a fast pace
