About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter (Product and Engineering) with approximately 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience who loves the craft of recruiting and wants to build a long-term career as an exceptional individual contributor. You'll work closely with the Head of Talent, engineering leaders, hiring managers, and Recruiting Operations to identify, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Execute recruiting strategies in partnership with the Head of Talent for many of TurbineOne's most critical technical hires.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned searches, from intake through accepted offer.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional passive technical talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers and technical leaders, creating pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, calibrate candidate quality, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, responsiveness, and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within Greenhouse and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within a Defense Tech, Robotics, or Autonomy company.
- Experience recruiting candidates with active U.S. security clearances.
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
