At CGS, the Client Success Department serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Division, supporting recruiting, proposal development, candidate management, and operational initiatives. Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting team members to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for government contract positions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and career advocate, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
- Review and evaluate resumes daily to identify candidates whose qualifications align with current and future hiring needs.
- Develop, publish, and maintain engaging job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Conduct targeted candidate outreach through email campaigns and personalized communications.
- Source talent through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Support candidates throughout the interview process, including assisting with Public Trust and other security clearance documentation requirements.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, including qualifications, compensation expectations, and interview feedback within the applicant tracking system.
- Prepare candidate summaries and qualification packages for submission to hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain job requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with information technology (IT) and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
