About the Role
We are seeking a full-time senior director to lead the end-to-end production of a vertical (9:16) short drama series. This role is intended for experienced storytellers specialized in mini-dramas who are eager to integrate advanced AI technologies into their creative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1–2 series simultaneously, including the production of 10–15 episodes and trailers per series.
- Utilize in-house AI copilot tools for character consistency, casting, and trailer generation.
- Direct, edit, and finalize each episode, including end-to-end script creation and narrative storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI content creators, technical leads, and fellow directors.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
- Expertise in scripting, including building hooks, managing cliffhangers, and narrative escalation.
- Familiarity with AI generative tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, or Seedance.
- Proven experience working with vertical drama platforms.
