The Opportunity

You will own demand creation and the customer lifecycle. This role determines our go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and proof points by segment and product. You will lead the segment owners, product marketing, and customer and field marketing teams. Non-acute is the key growth mandate, and you will be responsible for driving rapid growth in this segment through strategic market engagement.

What You’ll Own

  • Segment demand strategy: Own the demand-created number across acute and non-acute segments and ensure campaigns reflect real market intelligence.
  • Product and platform positioning: Oversee the platform story, product launches, competitive positioning, and roadmap feedback.
  • Cross-sell, enablement, field, and referrals: Manage cross-sell demand in the existing customer base and lead enterprise deal enablement and advocacy engines.
  • Handoff to Performance: Define qualified demand metrics to ensure a clean handoff from creation to conversion.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Qualified demand created vs. target.
  • Non-acute pipeline growth against the board mandate.
  • Segment win rate and pipeline contribution.
  • Expansion and retention contribution.
  • Message-to-market fit.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with segment, demand, or product marketing leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Proven track record of growing a named segment at high velocity.
  • Command of both demand creation and product marketing.
  • Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
  • An AI-first mindset with experience scaling team output using modern tools.
